BC PNP: 714 invitations on September 24, 2026
On September 24, 2026, BC PNP invited 714 candidates to apply for provincial nomination through Innovate: High Economic Impact.
- 426 candidates: a minimum wage of 52 CAD/hour and 105,000 CAD/year, with a job offer in TEER 0–3.
- 288 candidates: at least 131 BC PNP points. This is not an Express Entry CRS score.
30 calendar days to apply
After an invitation, candidates have 30 calendar days to submit a complete application. The period cannot be extended. An invitation is not a nomination or PR approval; IRCC decides the federal permanent residence application after nomination.

BC PNP: translation requirements
For the provincial Skills Immigration application, documents must be in English. Documents in another language require a certified translation and photocopies of the originals.
- Translations must be stamped and certified by a person officially authorized to notarize documents as accurate translations.
- Certified members in good standing of a Canadian provincial or territorial translators’ organization do not need an affidavit.
- The translation must contain the translation date, the translator’s signature and certification number.
- Submit clear scanned copies in PDF format, with each file smaller than 3 MB.
Notarial route: an agency stamp alone is not sufficient. Notarial certification and any required translator’s affidavit must be prepared for the receiving authority. The guide does not explain what “certification number” means for a non-certified translator; it does not expressly equate it with a notarial register number.
