Preparing for permanent residence
Start with the document checklist for your program and family members. Preparing the full translation package early helps avoid last-minute omissions.
Immigration rules and document lists can change. Use the current IRCC instructions rather than assuming a previous application has the same requirements.
Applying for PR does not automatically extend temporary status. Confirm your status and deadlines separately with IRCC or an authorized adviser.
You may need translations for the applicant and family members, including children. Translate the documents requested by your personalized checklist.
Standard document translation: 25 CAD with our stamp. Notarization: 20 CAD per document. A standard diploma is 25 CAD. Transcripts, employment books, military records and non-standard documents are quoted separately after reviewing all pages.
We do not quote a complete package without seeing it. Send photographs of all documents and we will confirm the exact price and turnaround. The quote is free and carries no obligation.
Send the full set of documents and the relevant translation instructions. We check the translation package together so missing pages or transcripts can be identified early; we do not assess immigration eligibility.
We check names against the passport before starting. Standard document: one business day. We answer every day, including weekends.
Do not wait until the last month. Send your document list and we will confirm the translation price and timing.
