Privacy policy
In plain language: what information you send us, why we need it, how it is stored and how to request deletion.
Files submitted through the website form are not stored on the server. They are sent directly as attachments to our business email and then remain in the correspondence.
We do not publish your documents, share them with third parties or use them for anything other than completing your order. There is one exception: if your order requires notarization, the notary must see the document to carry out the notarization.
If you ask us to delete correspondence containing your files, we will do so. Simply email us.
The website uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits and improve the website. Clarity provides aggregate behaviour analytics, heatmaps and de-identified session recordings. Clarity cookies are disabled by default for this project and strict masking is enabled. We do not send your name, email address, uploaded document contents or form text to these analytics services. Separately, a request email may include the referral source, campaign tags and landing page, where available.
Google Analytics may set cookies. You can opt out by disabling cookies in your browser settings or installing the official Google browser add-on. Clarity cookies are disabled by default; read more in Microsoft Clarity data documentation.
We do not use Clarity advertising integrations, advertising networks or advertising pixels on this website.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and a hidden honeypot field. Cloudflare processes technical browser data to check for bots; we do not send documents or the contents of your request to the Turnstile verification API. Your request is delivered to our business email.
We respond to these requests within a few business days. No special forms are required: an email is sufficient.
For any questions about your information, email info.globallingo@gmail.com. This is the same address used for orders.
